We following the above instructions from "floridafrances"(thank you guys for taking the time to do that) and we now have a great toilet. It did take us about 5 hours, but that included having to go get a different 90 degree elbow which accounted for about and hour and 1/2. It fits a little more than a 1/4 inch from the wall which as my father-in-law used to say an inch clearance is as good as a mile.
Having the correct 90 degree angle fitting would have made this a piece of cake installation. The one you must have can only be purchased at an RV dealership. I am putting a picture of 2 that will work. One works with installing an airplane clamp and the other one is a pressure one. We used the pressure one, but almost didn't get the hose through the cap. It is a 1/2 inch screw on with a weird size for the water inlet hose. I cut part of the water inlet hose off and took it to the dealer. The one I bought at home depot which was a 1/2 to 1/2 did not fit.
