FloridaFrances, You might want to call your Ford Service Manager and ask him if he can file the warranty repair work order for the alignment and steering wheel alignment. They don't have to actually do the work to file the claim. It takes about 3 days for them to get the approval and then the dealership issues the check. The local dealer here filed our claim on the Axle bearing that went out. Winnebago had told us to go there and have the bearing and axle checked to make sure that it was done correctly before they paid the bill and while we were there, the service manager said that he would just file the claim as an emergency work order for us. Since the Ford dealership did not have the ability to do the work, they would probably file the claim. Worth a try.
