I have also had the fresh water tank go empty on me. On a 5 mile drive after fillup I estimated I lost around 10 gallons and it was comming thru the overflow tank. The overflow tube is on the upper side of the freshwater tank on my 26P. I replumbed the overflow line and added a upper air vent so that it would no longer syphone the water out. Two trips and it seems to be working good so far.
