We want to look for sure, but leaving our options open. Ron is 6'3" so he is very interested in the larger bedroom. We had a mattress made for ours now in which we made it all the way side to side (wall of closet to wall of the little cabinet on left) and we had it made 77 inches long. It gives us less room to get around, but well worth the difference in size. I have never used the side of the bed to get in and out, I slide off the end and get in the same way, but by the sounds of it the back side of the bed in the 30T gives more room on that side, but that isn't what sells me, it is the closet space. We travel for sometimes 9 months at a time so that extra storage space really sounds great. I use the pantry for my clothes and it would be great to actually use the pantry for what it is meant to be used.
The tinting was really easy, just time consuming. We found a 3m product that was DIY friendly and it came out great. You can't even tell it is on there other than it prevents the sun from coming in. It goes on by squeegeing (sp) out the water from underneath it and it is actually removable for winter months if we desire.
