Seamutt, we have been full timing for over 13 years. We probably could not have started in the 30W. We used a 2001 39' Royals International 5th and 2000 Freightliner. It's GVWR will handle 4000#, and that doesn't include Passengers. We carried much that was unneccessary. We now know we can live in jeans and tee shirts 95% of the time. We each have a "dress" pair of pants and shirt(s), 2 or 3 winter shirts, a couple jackets/coats, 2 lawn chairs, not 4, and I carry about 20% of the tools I used to. We found we didn't need all the "stuff" we thought we did. We could easily fulltime in the 30W now. We now have the Freightliner for sale and parked the 5th for winter residence in TX. we spend 6 - 8 months in the 30W during Spring, winter and fall, plus shorter trips in the winter. We love it!
