Well, this was the big weekend, and all went well. Rented an SUV and loaded it with our stuff, and headed to Bend, Oregon to get our new coach! FINALLY! :>) The trip went really great, and everything went according to plan. Camped at Maryhill State Park on the Columbia River in Washington Saturday & Sunday nights. Loving the coach!! Put a 4" memory foam mattress on top of the regular mattress, and I've never slept so good. LOVE the blackout blinds in the bedroom, but I'm already thinking of ways to blackout the skylight over the shower. I think the easiest solution might be some heavy-duty blackout cloth with some really strong earth magnets sewn into the seam, and then the same magnets glued to the edges of the skylight. Easy on......easy off!! :>) Then the coach would stay completely dark instead of having that bright light coming in the skylight in the morning. Overall, absolutely love the way the coach drives and handles. The turn radius is nothing short of amazing. Oh......and for those that offered information on the surge protector.......THANKS!! I did get the Progressive Industries 30-amp hardwired to the coach. It's really nice the way it just works to protect the coach, and it does it so simply. Well......back to the work grind! :>( Time to go hit the shower and get ready to work to feed "Vince the Vista!!" :>)
