Be careful with the mattress. Measure. I had a wonderful memory foam made for the W and we transferred it and after we drove away I discovered it was too short as the T had a full 80 inches but it also can be no more than 9 inches deep as it must slide under the lip on the wardrobe. So we bid adeu to the custom mattress and ordered an 8 inch memory foam queen from overstock. I think you are going to love the heavier suspension and the larger wheels and tires. No question that the coach is going to live well. Yup, I let about 8,000 dollars worth of mods go but the T is worth it. Big Critter, I hear you. We are heading north tomorrow. A stop off at the cottage for three days and then on to the UP to enjoy all the fall colors and they are spectacular in this area right now. We have had a couple of light freezes and that has brought them on. Upper 70's today so a real Indian Summer.
The mattress in the C is 75 long and the one we had made is 76 . Ours is 63 wide and the new one takes a mattress from 60 to 72 so we are fine. It doesn't have to go under anything to close the slide. Thanks for the warning though.
We only had about 5000 in mods, including that 110 dedicated plug that cost us 500 and we never used it LOL Oh well. Life goes on.
Have a great trip. We are heading to Virginia on Saturday and then let the freezing weather push us south.
