Definitely understand not being able to use our car when we go out with someone. We tow a Mazda Miata which is a 2 seater. Not much bigger than the Smart. In fact, the Smart just might have more carrying space. We love towing it as it weights just 2200 pounds and it is definitely fun to drive when we get places, but sure is tiny. Probably not going to make a change for a while. I really like the Honda Fit if I was going to make a toad change. Nice size, nice weight and seats 4 comfortably.
