Rondeb,
First I get to covet your shower and bedroom storage. Now I get to want recliners like that. ;-)
They look so comfortable. I'm not sure I dare let Tom see that picture. We sit on a recliner sofa at home and he really does miss it when we're in the RV. Even though we made a double-size ottoman (in which we have the cats' litter box) to have a place to put our feet up, it's just not the same. Can't recline back that little bit so you can "settle into" the seat.
Love you're rugs, too. Bright and fun. We also added several throw rugs with some color to them. But nothing as bold and cool as yours. I replaced the throw pillows that came with the Vista with some that are kind of a ruby/burgundy color. Found placemats that match. I like our original color scheme (I chose it, after all) but it's just too much gray/taupe/monochromatics for me. It needed to be jazzed up a bit.
These are what lazy boy calls wall huggers. They are actually a rather small recliner (plenty big) They are only 32 inches wide at the very widest point across the arms. The couch was 72 so they will fit in your space with room to spare for a little narrow table between. They completely slide back onto the slide area when we need to bring the slide in and they need to be pulled off the slide about 6 inches onto the vinyl area (the other couch sat 4 inches over the vinyl) when we are stopped to be able to fully recline. Fully reclined, my husbands feet (he is 6'4") comes about 1 foot to the edge of the table with the table fully extended. The end of the foot part is a not even close to the table edge when reclined (about 2 feet from edge of table. I put those carpeted furniture sliders under the front legs after I pulled them onto the vinyl. We definitely did not like that airbed/couch. Ron could not take a nap and we both would slide off of it just sitting. I removed a bunch of the cushions stuffing from the back cushions, it helped, but not enough that we wanted to keep it. I put it on Craigs and sold it in 3 hours for $300. I had people lined up, so probably could have got more. These recliners ran about $425 each so not bad at all.
Ron says every time he sits in his, "I am so glad we went this route."
