Thanks for the info. Heating pad is a clever idea. I was going to fill with water today and just turn heat on tonight as it is to get to about 25 however we got three inches of wet snow so it will be morning for getting things ready and delay the start. Hopefully snow will pretty much be melted by departure time as it is suppossed to be cool but sunny and ironically getting warmer the further north we go. Glad the sound is working. That radio is a complicated thing. I go to the mannual frequently. I bought a portable satellite radio that I connect with the mini plug and it works great.
