RonDeb,
Sounds like you guys had a wonderful journey. (Can't call anything that lasts 8 1/2 months a mere trip.)
Hope you enjoy the CRV. I totally understand about the visibility issue since I once had a Solara convertible. Great when the top is down - not so much when it's up.
ETnRvr,
Farther back in this thread, Golden replied to your regarding his auto transfer switch in the 30T. From the number Golden gave, you decided it was a Parallax ATS-301. We've been thinking of getting one so I Googled it. On one of the sites where I found it for sale it said it was only for generators up to 3600 Watts. Ours is 4000, which is also what it shows in the specs for the 2012 30T and, I assume, your 30W. So far, I only found this wattage limit listed on one website. Just curious if you got the switch and if so, if you've had any issues with it?
Goldencrazy,
We haven't done much RVing this summer, either. Love living at the beach, but one "benefit" is that someone always wants to come visit. We've been swamped with company this year. Not a problem because we love seeing everyone, but the spacing of the visits left us with very little time to go anywhere. It's been so hot that we weren't eager to go if we weren't able to be gone long enough to get away from the heat. This year that was really hard to do with much of the country experiencing record-setting heat.
