2010 Itasca Reyo T - how to remove outside panel

Itasca Reyo T has loose outside panel under driver seat (no driver door). How can we remove the panel without damaging the paint? Panel is loose and sticks out about a 1/4 inch on one corner next to fuel door. Need to remove panel to fix clip.

Would like to do this without damaging custom paint. The outside of the panel has 4 a 3/8 inch access holes (to get to clip mounting screws) however, they have a solid push on plastic cover which is painted over from the factory and no apparent way to remove them.

Any ideas???
