2010 Roadtrek Mercerator / Pump
The gray and black tanks are full. We can hear the pump, but it is not pumping anything out. We are traveling from Marietta Ohio I-77 to Statesville NC. and then on to Augusta GA. Any suggestions ...

If you travel west on I-40 about 25 miles from the I-77 junction at Statesville, you'll come to the Claremont exit. There's a Pleasureway dealer there who was a Roadtrek dealer until a few years ago. "Carolina Coach & Camper", I think. They may be able to help.
Closer, there's a big RV dealer on I-40 just a few miles west of I-77. Don't know the name or if they have any B experience.
