2012 Fleetwood Storm Driving Lights

2012 Fleetwood Storm driving/fog lights only function while headlights are turned on bright.

I want to be able to turn on the driving/fog lights while on low beam or operate independent of the low/high beam.

Please someone let me know what I need to do to fix this.

    Somethings wrong. My 2004 Fleetwood fog lights only operate when low beams are on which is the way it should be. I don't know how to rewire it but as you know your's is wrong now. The reason that the fog lights only come on when low beams are on is that if you need fog lights, you also need tail lights.
    Dealer should fix this.
