Generally speaking, that would depend on WHICH parts you might be looking for? If you're looking for a complete listing of ALL the parts used to build your unit, it's unlikely that it would readily available in one master list or, if it would be available to the public as one big Bill of Materials. Remember, many of the components (i.e. Water Heater, HVAC, Refrigerator, Toilet etc. are supplied by other manufacturers), so parts lists and repair info for those components are typically acquired from those particular manufacturers.
The same would apply to your chassis. To get chassis parts, you could contact the chassis manufacturer. For general house assembly component parts, you would contact Winnebago. Just speaking here in general terms of course. A good starting point would be to contact (call) Winnebago directly and ask.
