Mizzouri, if I understand what you are describing with your mirror, the right mirror is sticking out on an arm, the driver's mirror is view from the driver's side window (not through the windshield).
Prevost had a vibration problem, not so much of a wind noise problem. But, the vibration was caused by the wind. To cure it, the driver's mirror was set close to the driver's side window, maybe about an inch or so away from the glass. It helped tremendously.
