We thought the same on our 2010 RT shakedown weekend. We were in a no shade sight in August in Central Florida. Just barely comfortable. No problem found by the dealer. We've since tinted the rear doors with Llumar ATR 15, the driver/passenger doors with Llumar 30 (darkest legal here) and Llumar Air Blue on the windshield. The Air Blue is expensive, but it did the most to cut out the heat. The windshield is a big heat source. We leave the night shades down when the sun hits a particular window. We use the awning and with the "B" you can jockey a bit in some sites to place the driver side windows on the north and east side. In fact, I try to consider the window direction situation when I reserve a site. I know, not always possible. We stay pretty comfortable now. Of course, there are weekends that little a/c gets a workout.
