2013 sightseer 33c wind noise
There is significant wind noise in the cab, we still have chassis warranty. Will ford cover this under warranty? Considering resealing windshield and side windows.

It's not a Ford issue, it would be a Winnebago issue. What type of noise are you getting? If you can describe it or take it out and try to narrow it down others might be able to help. Dealership might as well, but of course they will charge you too.
When the F53 is delivered to the manufacturer it looks like this (below) everything else built on top of the chassis is up to the manufacturer, in your case Winnebago.
