used 2013 sightseer 33c
Making an offer on a 2013 sightseer 33c-used unit with no warranty. Any issues I should be aware of. Appreciate any helpful hints.

- I have one and had it since new. No problems with it except the engine noise is a little loud going up and down hills and the LP gas furnace is weak getting out to the front of the coach.
It is a good coach. - I assume this is used? and I never found any body willing to warranty a used RV so that is not unusual. what chassis, etc.
