2014 ACE 30.1 Issues
We just purchased a 2014 ACE 30.1 and have had numerous issues. The dealer is currently fixing most of the items, but two remain that are sore points. 1. The finish is New Penny, all brown-tones...

Got to add an update. Diazr2 was right, the driver's seat did turn around! Everyone told us it wouldn't, and we were unable to figure out how to get it to clear the steering wheel. Finally, a guy who works in service and who we wish we had met earlier, showed us exactly how to tilt this, slide that, move this, and turn the thing around. Also wish he had done our demo on delivery, which may have prevented us from destroying the water heater element and propane tank the day we brought it home...
Still no compromise with the blue awning, or some of the other things I haven't mentioned yet, like the pitch dark bathroom (non-translucent vent cover installed with the fan). And I don't expect any help with the numerous design issues, like no radio speakers in the dash (so you can't hear the radio going down the road - one of the mid-coach speakers is even behind the slide), no lights up front, toilet seat so high that feet don't reach the floor when sitting on it, et al.
