Bathroom on the passenger side is a deal breaker for me. While using the galley I prefer the view of my own campsite to the view of my neighbors stinky slinky, hook-ups, and pssibly an external generator. Passenger side galley also allows me to interact with visiting friends outside, etc. while still doing whatever in the galley. I think passenger side bathrooms could/would possibly inhibit activity in said bathroom; I doubt any friends visiting my campsite would want to hear my melodious voice singing in the shower, or other more intimate sounds and odors emanating from the passenger / campsite side of a bathroom.
I'm an unabashed fan of Pleasure-way. Based on comments on this site, first hand info from RVing friends/ owners / neighbors, etc., even if I were to consider other B's, Roadtrek would be closer to the bottom of my list than most others.
Just my opinion. Your mileage may vary.
