Our same 2013 model is a year old. First MH for us. Your discount is good, don't complain about that. Keep in mind it's certainly not the top of the line. We like ours a lot! Yes there were some small issues needing worked out, but in most RV's there are. Everything is fine now.
What sticks out the most to us is the bed sofa and expandable sectional. The expandable section and knife couch aren't that comfortable ... IMO of course. I've actually started wondering if I could replace them with something nicer. Also a little more room in the shower would be nice. We love the floor plan. I know if you get the king bed there is hardly room to walk around it, so we settled for the queen.
One thing we did three weeks ago was replace the original Sachs shocks with Koni. It has made a huge difference in how the MH rides. Less side to side sway and much less jarring on the bumps. The old shocks allowed the rig to sorta float around when going over dips in the road. It doesn't do this anymore. There were only 2600 miles on ours when we did this, it was worth the $800 some dollars. Maybe talk your dealer into upgrading your shocks in the deal.
Check your alignment when you get it, and weigh the coach and set your tire pressures according to the tire manufactures weight chart. Ours were way over inflated when we got ours.
Great MH for the money. Ours was around $163,000 with the discount. Listed for $240,000. So about 32% off MSRP.
Opps ... We have the Expedition, sorry, just noticed my error. Same coach for the most part.
