The 2012, 2013 and 2014 Honda CR-V's are the same. There is talk that when the new 2015 Honda CR-V with the new CVT transmission (constant varible transmission) comes out, it will not be towable four down.

We've towed our 2013 AWD Honda for about 10,000 miles in addition to the 12,800 miles on the odometer.

As others have stated, everything should be clear in the manual if it's towable or not.
