What inverter/charger do you have? Do the inverter lights/display confirm that it comes on with the key? With a res refer wouldn't you know if the inverter comes on automatically or manually?
Please post the AC and DC digital voltage for both banks before and after the key is turned.
Since it's a 2014 why not take it in for service?
