OP here... OK went and got "Vehicle Registration Certifcate" out of glove box. Listed under "scale weight" is 11,000. I guess (assume) that is the weight the dealer reported when vehicle was first licensed in state first time? When I've weighted vehicle at Cat scale and at couple different scales ran by state patrol (little tinky) scale on Hwy 2 just west of Sultan and on I-5 south of Federal way. Both times got 10,380 pounds If I recall right.
But have several blanks on registration form and I have no idea what they mean or stand for. Here is what is blank on registration.
Mo gwt?
Gwt st?
Gwt exp?
Gwt cr?
And on back of registration:
"the undersigned hereby transfers to the bearer all right to fees paid for declared gross weight as shown on this form.
signature to transfer gross weight license_________
Note: To transfer the gross weight license the credit must be at least $15.00.
