I'm going to go down to the Dallas/ft worth area in two weeks and view all of them in a row to get more data and likes and dislikes about them all. I have been unable to find even one of my choices in stock currently within 2 to 3 hours of me. Either bunks are very popular so sold out, or very unpopular so dealers not stock many.
My experience as well. I've been trying to just get a look at an Allegro 35QBA but nothin doin around here. It seems that with bunkhouses either someone really wants one and snaps it up when one appears or no one is looking and one will sit or months.
We did look at a Georgetown 364TS today. My initial thoughts:
- recliner sofa is nice
- Adding the extra bath means no individual recliner but having the sofa I think makes it ok
- Adding the extra bath took out a real pantry as well. We carry a ton of food...
- The sliding "privacy" door for the main bedroom was clunky. Maybe it's an adjustment thing but it needed tracks at the bottom, not just one short guide
- Shower door catch looks like it would break after one trip
- Not sure about the residential fridge / freezer but that's an individual thing based on your use
Seemed like a good setup if you're willing to make some compromises for that extra bath. Wife and I were not sure about that one - two baths would be nice sometimes but where would we stash all the food we bring? We spill over the pantry in our current 5er and have to use other storage spots.
Also know that there are two dump valves - one for the main coach and another for the rear bath. Our 5er is like that (one for grey and one for galley) and it can be inconvenient at times.
Anyway good luck shopping!
BTW I sent off for an RVDirect quote but by my estimation (based on other quotes I've gotten from them) one should go for $85k plus or minus depending on options.
