2016 Bounder 35K possible purchase

Hello, we bought a 2016 bounder 35K in December....the price you show is a good price (to me). Yes, we have the vacuum toilet-still not used to it, but are dealing. Ours makes a gawd awful noise, everyone (Fleetwood and Dometic/sealand) say that it "could" be noisy. YA THINK..... We are newbe full timers and love our 35K. We did have a couple of issues, but were resolved rather quickly. We do have an appointment in July to have a couple of things addressed before the warranty runs out, as we will not be near the selling dealer agin till end of year. The residential refrigerator was the. selling point for the wife. I like the bath and a half aspect. Feel free to give a shout if any questions that I may be able to answer.
