Not to promote another forum, but iRV2 has owner specific forums and you can see what owners of both makes say. I purchased a used 2014 DS 4018 and I am very satisfied with Newmar support. They will also let you work with non dealers for support/repairs. Their customer service reps are great even helped me out when I was researching the cash and answered all my questions.
