Two theories: one is dirty switch (Disconnect all 12 volt power and operate switch 50 times or so)
2nd Theory.. I think LCI to increase profit uses 2nds for the motor.. The result is the motor has "Dead Spots" where if it's stopped there. NO JOY (Same for Accu-Slide by the way) and sometimes it takes a few tries to hit a "hot spot" where it will work.
NOTE. IF you can monitor DC current. easiest way to do this is try to put slide in/out with lights on and shore/generator power OFF.. lights will dim if the motor is sucking current.> BIG TIME IF IT IS STUCK.
Controller on some (Power Gear and Accuslide for sure) cuts off if current gets high enough so that too can be the issue.
