We seldom get into the steep roads like we did with the diesels so I guess this will be the last MH we will ever own.

Hmm, Just how old is your F53? They have had 4-wheel disks for years.
It is a 2016 Canyon Star 3911 handicap equipped. Dealer said it was not disc brakes. I have not crawled under to see. Sure does not stop like discs
