The globebus is awesome!
I'm thinking that between Fiat's ownership of Chrysler and the ever increasing CARB fuel economy regulations, along with a building demand for smaller more efficient "local" trucks and delivery vehicles, we will (and already are) see more smaller motorhomes.
Most of the rest of the world relies heavily on smaller trucks, and diesel engines even in small cars, all of this is coming our way.
One fight that won't quit is over pounds.
Diesel drivetrains are so much heavier, it's one of the first things to come out in an effort to save some weight capacity for refrigerators and beds and stuff. 2 guesses why the diesel vixen got a full roof, a/c, and a genny? Put the gas motor and the diesel on a scale.
Ever try to find an e450 Ford based class C with a powerstroke?
Pretty much don't exist, due to the weight.
