25% discount for other classes or just class A
I have not been here for a long time, so I'm just trying to update my knowledge of the industry.
In 2007 when we bought our motorhome, it was standard practice to obtain the MSRP price sheet from the manufacturer, and then expect to get a 25% discount (more or less) from the dealer. In other words, if MSRP was $200k, you should expect to pay about $150k (more or less).
It's now almost 10 years later - is that 25% discount (more or less) still the case?
Also, can you expect that amount of discount on other classes of motorhomes (class B/B+ vans, class C, etc.) I don't know whether it did in 2007 or not.
I will also ask this question in the class B forum.
Thanks
