If you look back via the Wayback Machine to 2011, the GT29T at the time had a NCC rating of 2222 lbs. Subtract off 700 lbs for 2 occupants, some water, and propane and you've got 1500 lbs CCC.

Coach House makes several 27 ft. Class C's with two slides, one in the rear for a large bed and the second midship for a couch that makes into a bed also. Variations have to do with dinette, etc.

We have a 2006 Jayco Greyhawk 27DS (DS=double slide) and LOVE it. We have the dinette, huge cab over bed and walk around queen in the rear. If you want a dinette AND sofa you'll have to go with something in the 30'-32' range. (Our 27DS is actually 27'11" bumper to bumper.) We purchased this rig because (among other things) it had the largest tanks (fresh, grey and black) of any Class C in this size range.

I have a 2003 Gulf Stream Independence that's right at 30ft with 2 slides. Has a queen bed in the back that's in a slide so you can walk around it, cabover bed, dinette that can be a kids bed, and a jack knife sofa that my 17yo daughter sleeps on. Great room for us especially with the slides out. Really has worked well for us even though it only has 22,000 miles so we're not using it enough! Watch out for the generators though. Mine had 650 hours on and worked beautifully until a couple of weeks ago and now I can get the thing to start. So I'm either just going to sell the coach or take it in for the generator repair (which I'm told can be a bottomless pit).

Although this is a new unit it meets most of your wish list. It has one long slide, not two. It's just under 25" long and is the smallest C I can think of with a walk around rear bed.

My 2004 29B on Ford E-450 is actually 29'8" bumper to bumper (thus not including the ladder). It would have been more than a foot longer if built on Chevy, a few inches longer on the next styling update of the E-series.

We've used it for trips with four adults, two children. Sofa and dinette work as single beds for larger children, or two small ones. Dinette does not work well as bed for anyone over about 54" tall.

There was a slightly longer, somewhat roomier (part of kitchen goes into a larger front slideout) version of this floorplan in the more upscale MinnieWinnie/Sundancer series. Model number might have been 30V, probably close to 31' long on Ford.

My late wife chose this bedroom slideout model because it provided a desk and large wardrobe in the bedroom. Interior storage is at a premium for many C's trying to pack a walk-around bed into this short a space.

Forest River produced a similar floorplan in the contemporary Sunseeker.

I haven't paid much attention to how model lines got shifted around and what floorplans survived after 2006, as manufacturers tried to adjust offerings to get through the lean years after industry collapse.

We traded our 42' Cyclone for a 2014 Thor 31' bunkhouse. They have a 31L model that might meet your needs. We are loving the smaller coach and are not limited on where we can park. I pull an Aluma trailer with the Rhino/Quads. We also will pull a CRV when not playing in the mountains/deserts.

Kit probably has the "29B" model, one of my all time favorites, right at 30-ft. Brochure says it was available on both Ford and Chevy but I've never seen one on Chevy. I wish the wheelbase was longer, and for more exterior storage, but the floorplan is wonderful. The 31C and 31H models addressed both of those, of course at a longer overall length. My advice for any used coach:
1. Drive it a reasonable distance under varied conditions
2. Weigh it ($10 at a truck stop)
3. Pressure test it ($100 or so - make it a contingency, like I'll-buy-it and pay for the test if it passes - you pay and we re-negotiate-if-it-doesn't, including the-deal-is-off)

Up to 2006 Jayco had the Greyhawk 27DS with 2 slides. Sunseeker has 3 models under 30 ft with two slides, 2500TS, 2700DS and 2860DS. All are nice rigs.
