I suspect it is an RV site problem with power fluctuations. A surge bar protector to prevent spikes tripping your breaker, especially the 30amp ones for power Converter would be a good thing to buy. If you could run the a/c on 20amps at home without a thrown breaker then I don't see anything wrong with your system. To use RV aircon you do need 20Amps anywhere as 15amps on some home plugs will blow house 15amp breaker. Let us know and welcome.
