30' concord class C

Question

Looking at a 2014 with 856 miles total on a 4500 chevy frame. They are asking approx. $79K. Looking for general advise from owners on this type model. It has three slides and for the two of us who will spend up 6 months in it in AZ. the size is enough.

My wife and I full-timed in two slide 29' Concord for 2 years and had no real problems. We also had two dogs &amp; a cat. We do most of are cooking outside do not like to smell up the inside. Make sure you fit in the shower.
