I would set my EMS to 20 Amps.
This will limit the A/C to one compressor and Fan/blower to low speed.
I do this with my 50 amp. Winne when plugged into 25 Amp. service outlet. Works just fine.
(Plan to install 50 amp service this year)
If your wiring can handle it you could upgrade to a 35 or 40 amp breaker. With a 30 amp RV outlet. You need to monitor your voltage..If below 120, this could be your problem. As voltage goes down, amperage goes up.
