I wouldn't recommend DIY'g most of this unless you really know what you're doing in the box because it can turn bad really fast.

Having said that, when I added a 30A CB to the panel last week I went through and retightened everything, and they were all looser then I'd like them to have been, and the additional heat and loads arent helping either
