I would go into the 120 volt distribution panel and look for heat damaged insulation and discoloration.
Turn off power, remove metal dead front to gain access.
Pick up a tube of electrical grease from your local hardware store.
Disconnect each conductor, one at a time, clean coat with the electrical grease and re-connect.
Do this to each of the neutrals(white wires) and each of the phase connections on breakers and buss work.
A poor connection will increase resistance which increases amperage on circuit.
Having said that, when I added a 30A CB to the panel last week I went through and retightened everything, and they were all looser then I'd like them to have been, and the additional heat and loads arent helping either
