You really should have 2 air conditioners in a rig that long. The general industry rule is anything over 26 foot needs two. When I was shopping for a rig I liked the Vista also, but I went with a new Greyhawk. It is 30 amps but both air conditioners are 1100 watts each. Get one with two to begin with and you'll be happy on those really hot days.
