Putting aside the Air conditioners, I wouldn't buy a 30A service rig anyway. I had a 30A fifth wheel in 03 and it was always overloaded. I had to be my own power management system constantly.
A 50A service rig has TWO 50A main breakers (giving you more like 100A at 110V), whereas a 30A rig only has ONE 30A main breaker. The capacity of a 50A service rig is more than double that of 30A service. You will appreciate that when trying to use the convection oven, crock pots, hair dryers, etc while using electric HW heat or portable electric heaters.
While looking for two ACs and 50A, see if you can find units that have Heat Pumps in lieu of AC, another bonus.
