All this talk of HP and torque is only one small part of the equation. Diesel pushers are built better, on better chassis, with better suspensions, and better amenities. They ride better, handle better and are more comfortable. Like most things that provide more benefits, they cost more to buy and to own. I defy anybody to drive them both and then say that they would take the gasser if the cost were the same. There is ONLY one reason to chose a gasser over a diesel: cost savings. If you want save money get the gasser. If you want the best experience regardless of cost, the diesel is the only way to go.
