I've heard comments along these lines a number of times. Has anyone actually got a real, verifiable example of someone being stopped anywhere in the US and ticketed for driving a mainstream manufactured motorhome that's 40 feet or longer without a special license or certification?
if one ever runs into me, the subject will be brought up to the investigating officer.

How are you going to know what license endorsement the other driver has? If they are from a state like mine that has NO special requirements for up to 45' then you are out of steam on that angle.
