That's a resonator, right after the "Y" pipe.
Like previously stated, no cat on 94-97 F53.

Gotcha, thanks. I guess it's not that. I finally got it to start again. It idled fine long enough to disconnect it from the car trailer and to move it out of the way. I had a heck of a time keeping it running while it was in gear just to move it out of the way. Then it died again and just cranks and won't start. I'll go back to the basics and see what I find.
