Open the junction box where the shore power cord converts to the trailer wiring. Check each of the splices.
If your rig has an automatic transfer switch do the same.
Look closely at the 30 amp mail cod body. Look for any signs of dark discoloration. look at the base of each pin for any signs.
Open ground is more apt to be problem then a short between the ground and neutral.
