-GFI has been tested, it's good.
-Power cord ground has been tested and confirmed continuity between ground pin on power cord and chassis.
RV was plugged in all night, nothing unusual this morning. I'm going to continue to try to go "open ground" again today through various tests turning everything on and off etc. I'm going to work the charger hard today to see if I can't make it happen so that I can troubleshoot while the issue is happening. My biggest challenge right now is that all is well, no current running through the doorframe, no "open ground" indicated on my polarity tester….
