On your behalf I has posted a request for information on the mfg web site asking for information on the physical location of the connection between the "AC Panel Ground" and "Chassis Ground".
I do have a wiring schematic for my 2004 triple E Class C and the schematic shows very clearly the point on a schematic where this SINGLE connection takes place. It is a single connection and NOT a bunch of parallel connections.
If you can access the outside rear of your converter you should see a ground bus bar, one of those wires from that ground buss should go to the chassis. Look for a loose wire (ie screw not tight) connected to that ground bus.
