Our old Delta rig started shocking people when touching exterior metal. In our case, (not yours) it was the garage outlet that was wired improperly when house was built. An electrician friend reconnected the wires and problem went away. It's good to have a device to detect improperly grounded shore power receptacles at RV Parks.
