I was testing the GFI outlet in my RV, just inside my doorframe. I'm putting the black lead in the outlets ground, and the red lead in the neutral plug, and I'm getting about 2v. I'll try it to earth ground and see what happens.
I'm getting .8v from my onboard GFI outlet Neutral, to earth ground.
I'm getting 124.5v from my onboard GFI outlet Hot, to earth ground.
