We seem to be missing 1.2 VAC from the ~ 2.0 VAC, we need a measurement from the GFCI GROUND OUTLET to EARTH GROUND.
Also measure the voltage from the door frame to EARTH GROUND, it should be the same as GFCI GROUND to EARTH GROUND.
