Your standard home outlet will be 20 or 15 amps. Anything plug in and run in your home will run in the RV when using adaptors to go from the 15/20 amp to 30 amp to 50 amp on your power cord.
When you'll get into trouble is if you try to run too many appliances or electrical devices at the same time in the RV or the air conditioner. To use the air conditioner you'll need a 30 or 50 amp outlet added.
Using your current home outlet you should be able to have the RV refrig running, lights, TV at the same time. The vacuum cleaner may push you over the 20 amp mark if all of these other devices are in use.
