A 50 amp service has 220 available if it is needed. All depends on how you use the legs. But you know that.

Not only does 50 amp service have 220 volts, that 220 volts is brought inside your coach to your main circuit breaker panel. Your main breaker is a 50 amp 220 volt breaker that splits the power to separate 120 volt branches.
Both those posts are correct--Technically. But the fact remains you have ONLY 120 volts in a 50 amp RV at all the breakers. Out of Phase legs are indeed separate and split. THIS is where the confusion starts. You guys post ANYTHING about 220/240 and a LOT of people get real confused. THAT is why I had the OP ask those specific questions. A REAL qualified Electrician would understand the questions I posted and answer them correctly. Doug
